    China Island is a true hidden gem.

    This is my favorite Chinese place in the entire Cincinnati area.  I was worried when it went under new management a few years ago, but there was no noticeable change in the quality, quantity, and value of the food. They now have delivery.

    My family and I have been going to China Island for years, and we don't stray from that loyalty often. In my opinion, no other Chinese place compares.

    I've been on a search for good Wor Shu Gai/ War Su Gai/ Almond Boneless Chicken etc in Cincinnati and was happy to find a variation here. To my surprise, the chicken which was fried decently was served over steamed  vegetables which made it soggy ruining the prospects for a front runner in this category.  I was able to salvage a considerable amount but cant say I will order again.

    Food was delicious. Staff are friendly. Best part you can opt for Lo Mein vs rice. Definitely will be back.

    So easy to order online! Loved it!

    Everything I had was really good, but their crab Rangoon was exceptional! I love it!!! Their classic egg drop soup was delicious and the hit and sour soup was addicting. Some things were standard like the shrimp fried rice, egg roll, and dumplings, but nothing was at all bad!
